Handling and Processing time
Orders placed by noon (GMT) will be shipped in the same day for most of the products. If an order contains products that need special packaging, assembly, or other special process, one extra working day for handling and processing might be needed.
Shipping methods
Parcel Delivery: For smaller volumes, delivered in a box or container. Service provided by TNT, a specialized global courier company.
Pallet Delivery: For bigger volumes, delivered in pallets by a network of partners specialized in road freight.
Shipping costs
Bernati uses a weight-based matrix to calculate shipping fees. The fee is dependent on the weight of the products, the delivery address, and the level of service chosen. Exact amounts will be displayed on the checkout.

Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Portugal and Spain.
*Unfortunately, we are not able to provide deliveries in some Spanish and Portuguese regions such as Azores, Madeira, Ceuta and the other Spanish Islands. If you need your items to be delivered in such locations, please contact us before you make an order.

Standard Pallet Delivery: Up to 6 days after shipped
- Europe Zone 3
Valid for deliveries in the following countries: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Sweden, and United Kingdom*.
*Unfortunately, we are not able to provide deliveries in some UK regions such as Channel Islands and other locations. If you need your items to be delivered in such locations, please contact us before you make an order.
